Beer Is Heart-Healthy

Huge studies have found a 25 percent lower risk of heart disease in people who drink from one-half to two drinks daily, compared to abstainers. And alcoholic beverages that are rich in polyphenols — think beer! — may be especially good for the heart, according to a 2012 research review. 

WHAT IS MY STYLE OF DRINKING BEER?

Firstly, I am not a alcoholic to start with; but beer really stimulate me to love my day each day – I feel so good after a beer in the morning, afternoon and evening party!! JUST LOVE IT!! EVERY SINGLE DAY!! Remember to have a lifestyle like me – you need to 100% total discipline and good character never to get overboard.

every game or sports that I do – my excitement is at the end of the road awaits a cold beer…Just love it!!

WHAT OTHERS SAYS ABOUT BEER?

The hops, yeast, and grains in beer contribute carbohydrates, a small amount of B vitamins, and potassium. … Drinking too much beer, or any other type of alcohol, isbad for you. “Heavy alcohol consumption wipes out any health benefit and increases risk of liver cancer, cirrhosis, alcoholism, and obesity,” Rimm says.

NEVER GET OVERBOARD BY GETTING DRUNK AND BEING A NUISANCE.  

Remember do everything moderately – but you must and have to learn how to enjoy your life to the maximum. 

At my old age – I have done almost everything and test my limits to the maximum…trust me I have done everything accept SKING IN THE SNOW… :-). I love beer….

HOW MANY BEER IS HEALTHY?

For example, The Daily Telegraph said, “drinking up to two 1.4 pints of beer a day for men and half of that for women” could benefit heart health. However, the researchers define a healthy limit as “up to” one drink a day for women and two for men. They say that one drink is approximately 330ml of 4% beer. – hahahaha….you know what the researches are most of the time wrong….look at the nepalese, Japanese, Koreans, Skimmese, Butanese – man they are all living longer years and no illness……so don’t believe everything that the researchers says!!
